How the work runs across the fleet

Resilion is how Hillstrong runs this work across the plant fleet. Sites feed the program. The program routes tasks. Evidence lands as work closes.

The work

WORK-01

Program design and operations

Stand up the industrial security program and run it across sites. Charters, RACIs, maturity against IEC 62443 and NIST CSF, site-tiered work, evidence as tasks close.

WORK-02

Product security

IEC 62443-4-2 and supplier assessments for industrial equipment and software. Component and stack security before it lands in a plant.

WORK-03

Security analysis

Assessments against NERC CIP, NIS2, and related industrial regimes. Findings your team feeds into the program you will run.

The assessment is the input

A report lists gaps. The program is the work that closes them, site by site, with proof attached. That is the job buyers confuse with a GRC register.

Questions plant operators ask

What does Hillstrong do for plant operators?
Hillstrong designs the industrial security program and runs it on your sites. We capture evidence as the work closes so you can show progress to auditors and the board.
What happens after an OT security assessment?
The report lists gaps. The next job is to assign owners, tier the work by site, and keep proof as each task closes. Hillstrong runs that program. Resilion is the system that keeps it moving across the fleet.
Does Resilion connect to live OT systems?
No. Resilion works from your documentation, assessments, and program data. It does not touch control systems and does not require an agent on the plant floor.
How is this different from OT GRC?
OT GRC records whether a control exists. A running program assigns an owner, a site, and a close date, then stores the evidence. Resilion is built for that second job.
