What this site is

The site is a marketing site. It is not the Resilion application. It is not legal, security, or engineering advice for your plants. Demo requests and meeting bookings are requests, not a signed contract.

Intellectual property

Hillstrong Group Security owns the site content, the Hillstrong name, and the Resilion name and marks. You may not copy them for a competing product. You may not imply sponsorship without written permission. See the Resilion platform page for the product story. Product use is not licensed by these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use the site to send malware or spam. We may block access if you do.

No warranty

We provide the site as it stands. We do not warrant that it is complete, current, or free of errors. Linked third-party sites are outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Hillstrong Group Security is not liable for damages that arise from your use of this site, including lost profits, lost data, or indirect loss. This limit does not apply where the law forbids it. These terms do not set a dollar cap. They do not describe insurance.

Governing law and venue

The laws of the State of Georgia, USA, govern these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are heard in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.

Privacy

How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy. Cookie use is described in the cookie notice.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after a posted change is acceptance of the new terms, once counsel has ratified the text.
